How do Bitcoin purchase fees work without Plus?
Three tiers, based on how much you buy: 1.5% under €250; 1.25% from €250 to €1,000; 1% above €1,000. Amounts in euros.
What about Bitcoin purchases not funded by my cash account?
On both plans, Bitcoin purchases funded by an external method, rather than your Bitstack cash account, carry an extra 0.70% fee. Purchases funded from your Bitstack cash account aren’t affected.
How much does Plus cost?
€2.99/month, or €29.99/year paid in one go (that works out at €2.50/month, 16% less than paying monthly). Plus is entirely optional, and you can cancel anytime.
What’s Stackback?
Stackback is cashback in Bitcoin: rewards you earn with your Bitstack Card, paid out in Bitcoin, up to 1% on Standard and up to 1.5% on Plus. Eligibility conditions and caps apply; see the applicable terms.
How does the Bitstack Card work?
It’s a payment card linked to your cash account, for spending your euros. Standard: €14.97, delivered. Plus monthly: €9.99 with free delivery. Plus annual: card and delivery included at no extra cost (a €14.97 value).
What are the limits and tools available?
International payments with the Bitstack Card up to €1,000/month on Standard and €3,000/month on Plus. Custom Bitcoin price alerts are available on both plans; limit orders are included with Plus.
